French Herbe de grâce Or Herb Of Grace Used Against The Black Plague By Nostradamus-Only Plant Blessed By The Prophet Mohammed

We see information conerning dangerous new viruses developing almost everywhere we look in these times. I thought it might be fortuitous to take another look at a very old plant called Herbe de grace or Herb of grace.

Rue can be poisonous if ingested in excessive quantities. All parts of the plant contain the active principles, although they are mostly encountered in leaves (especially before blooming). The main active principles of the plant are:

Rue was once believed to improve the eyesight and creativity, and no less personages than Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci regularly ate the small, trefoil leaves to increase their own. The legend of rue lives on in playing cards, where the symbol for the suit of clubs is said to be modeled on a leaf of rue. It is the only plant ever blessed by the prophet Mohammed.

Shakespeare refers again to Rue in Richard II:

‘Here in this place
I’ll set a bank of rue, sour herb of grace;
Rue, even for ruth, shall shortly here be seen,
In the remembrance of a weeping queen.’

Rue oil is approved, however, by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a flavoring agent.

Nostradamus was successful in lessening the impact of the bubonic plague in the capital of Provence, Aix. The grateful citizens gave him a stipend for life.

Michel Nostradamus is said to have predicted his own death. When his assistant wished him goodnight on July 1, 1566, Nostradamus reputedly pronounced: “You will not find me alive at sunrise.” He was found dead on July 2, 1566.

Nostradamus was interred standing upright in the Church of the Cordeliers of Salon. However, his story does not end there; he was disinterred twice, once on purpose and once maliciously.

In 1700, his body was moved by the city to a more prominent crypt. When a necklace was found on his skeleton bearing the date ‘1700’, his body was rappidly put back again.

French revolution During the French Revolution, in 1791, some drunken soldiers broke into his tomb. The mayor quickly placated the mob by describing how Nostradamus had predicted the revolution, and they replaced the bones in the crypt.

However, Nostradamus had the last laugh. In Century 9, Quatrain 7, he had written:

The man who opens the tomb when it is found
And who does not close it immediately,
Evil will come to him,
That no one will be able to prove.

Reputedly, the soldiers who desecrated his tomb for the final time were ambushed on their way back to base and killed to the last man.

An interesting side note concerning Nostradamus can be found in an online book which indicates that he also followed in the footsteps of Vedanta or Tantranyana.

French King Louis IX, the daughter of Louis X, Jeanne Navarre

“Tonight, I will be speaking about the Hermes Cups,” he announced. Holy cow, Michel said to himself, the son of Zeus and Maia, the messenger of the gods. The man showed a mystical image of the human body to clarify what he was talking about. In the head there were two symbolic overflowing cups and from the sacrum a pair of snakes crept up around the spine towards the opened wings at the height of the heart. “As everyone knows, the old scriptures teach us to treat our sexual powers with great care. But why have we been taught for ages to behave chastely? The answer is different from what the Church deludes us with. Go forth and multiply, it preaches. It’s easy to get new recruits among your own offspring. Eager for power, the church leaders have obscured and twisted the Gospel in order to keep the real reason hidden. The old scriptures only say “Do not lose any seed.” In other words, never allow it to be lost, not even during the act of love.” Michel looked at François in surprise. So that’s what the funny guy had been alluding to. “The holy objective of gnosis is enlightenment of the individual,” the mystic continued, “and the coming home of the soul to the divine nature. This drawing shows the sexual transmutation of the Ens Seminis*(the human sperm). This delicate knowledge is only taught at mystical inauguration schools, such as the one in Montpellier. The pharaohs of the old Egypt were some of the people who were instructed in this. The technique requires the utmost self-control of sexual powers during lovemaking between man and woman. Especially for the man. By withholding the semen during the melting together of the two souls, a divine spark can be created, which can be compared to an actual ignition. “Ignatius” in Latin, which is where the word “gnosis” originated. The spark is created by the induction between the male and female sexual organs and produces a supernatural power, which rises up along the spinal column. Hence the two twisting snakes. The re-born energy reaches up to the top of the so-called caduceus of Mercury through these channels and there opens the wings of the spirit. The energy, or kundalini, can rise further, up to the Hermes Cups, but only if there is true love. If this is present, the cups are gradually filled. When they are full, they overflow and the energy slowly flows down the front to the heart. After repeating this process seven times, man is completely developed.” The mystic put the drawing away.

Plague is a type of infection that is very contagious and spreads with the air. There are three different types of plague; pneumonic, bubonic, and septicemic. Intensive treatment with rest during a plague is very important. The causes of the infection are; bites from plague infected fleas, close contact, or exchanging body fluid in some way from a person suffering from plague. Pneumonic plague spreads when an infected person coughs or sneezes.Rue is one of five herbal rememdies for the plague.

The Common Rue (Ruta graveolens) is a species of rue grown as a herb. It is cultivated as both a medicinal herb, as a condiment, and to a lesser extent as an insect repellent. During the Middle Ages, rue was hung in doorways and windows to keep evil spirits out. It was thought to protect against plague. Early Christians used it as a tool for asperging during exorcisms and before performing Mass, and this herb is the only one that the Prophet Mohammed blessed. This herb was grown around Roman temples to Mars and is considered sacred to him as well as to Diana and Aradia. Rue was sometimes called witchbane because people carried bunches to keep off witches. and the expression “rue the day” is said to come from the practice of throwing rue

In ancient medicine, the herb was a favored remedy as an antidote to poison and was seen as a magic herb by many cultures and as a protection against evil. It was used for nervous afflictions, digestive problems and hysterics. Rue has a long history of use in both medicine and magic, and is considered a protective herb in both disciplines. The hardy evergreen shrub is mentioned by writers from Pliny to Shakespeare and beyond, as an herb of remembrance, of warding and of healing. Early physicians considered rue an excellent protection against plagues and pestilence, and used it to ward off poisons and fleas. It is one of the most well-known of the magical protective herbs and is often used in spells of warding and protection in modern magic.

At one time the holy water was sprinkled from brushes made of Rue at the ceremony usually preceding the Sunday celebration of High Mass, for which reason it is supposed it was named the Herb of Repentance and the Herb of Grace. ‘There’s rue for you and here’s some for me; we may call it herb of grace o’ Sundays.’
Shakespeare refers again to Rue in Richard II:

‘Here in this place
I’ll set a bank of rue, sour herb of grace;
Rue, even for ruth, shall shortly here be seen,
In the remembrance of a weeping queen.’

The following is a quotation from Drayton:
‘Then sprinkles she the juice of rue,
With nine drops of the midnight dew
From lunarie distilling.’
Rue is Lithuania’s national flower.

1600, William Shakespeare, Hamlet, Act 4, Scene 5, Ophelia:
There’s fennel for you, and columbines: there’s rue for you; and here’s some for me: we may call it herb-grace o’ Sundays: O you must wear your rue with a difference.

It is an herb of the Sun, and under Leo. It provokes urine and women’s courses, being taken either in meat or drink. The seed thereof taken in wine, is an antidote against all dangerous medicines or deadly poisons. The leaves taken either by themselves, or with figs and walnuts, is called Mithridate’s counter-poison against the plague, and causes all venomous things to become harmless
Nicholas Culpeper, 1653

The story goes that this formula was revealed in the 17th century by four corpse-robbers caught red-handed during the time of the great plagues of Toulouse (1628-1631). Their disregard for the contagion thoroughly astonished the judges… The archives of the Parliament of Toulouse record that: “During the great plague, four robbers were convicted of going to the houses of plague-victims, strangling them in their beds and then looting their dwellings: for this they were condemned to be burned at the stake, and in order to have the sentence mitigated they revealed their secret preservative; after which they were hanged.”

Medicinal use: Rue oil and infusions of rue were formerly used as antispasmodics and emmenagogues. Rue oil is a powerful local irritant (Martindale, 1982). It is recommended in herbal treatment of insomnia, headaches, nervousness, abdominal cramps, and renal troubles. It is a well-known emmenagogue. The plant may be part of sedative and hypnotic herbal preparations (rue oil is a commonly-used homoeopathic medicine as rubefacient, for certain dermatoses as eczemas and psoriasis), and as an antiviral agent (Vigneau, 1985) when combined with other herbs. Applied or rubbed on the skin it has a rubefacient effect (for rheumatic pains).

The most frequent, intentional use of the plant has been for induction of abortion.

You often find Calamus, cinnamon, rue, mint, lavender, nutmeg and garlic included in this formula. All of these herbs have strong antibacterial properties. The original recipe in fact was as follows:

– 3 pints of strong white wine vinegar
– a handful each of wormwood, meadowsweet, juniper berries, wild marjoram and sage
– 50 cloves
– 2 ounces of elecampane root
– 2 ounces of angelica
– 2 ounces of rosemary
– 2 ounces of horehound
– 3g camphor

We know many can manufacture lots of virus. This is a given. There are many companies to distribute half baked cures. The overriding question is what do you do when you are on the receiving end? This is an update of an older post but pertinent at present. Silver

I have kept this link on my other blog stargazers and grave diggers for quite a while. I had deleted the blog at one time, not too many people read it. This particular link has been around for some time. It deals with methods Nostradamus used to cure the black plague which broke out in Europe. As you will see later here, the new E-coli does contain DNA black plague strands.

As you see there are some people with Dr. in front of their name selling this formula. Too much rue is not recommended as too much of it has been known to cause spontaneous abortions.

The thieves who robbed his grave all survived the black plague and the robbing of other graves containing plague victims. One thief did not however, he was killed by a bullet from the French revolution as Nostradamus had predicted while drinking wine out of the skull of Nostradamus. Their survival is attributed to the vinegar they used which contains an assortment of herbs, probably the most famous of which are horehound and rue. The intellectual center of France is the Rue St. Germain. Rue trees are scattered along it today.

The wife of Nostradamus died of the plague while he was away trying to cure others. He never forgave himself after this it is said.

“In the New Testament, rue is mentioned as peganon, a name still used in Modern Greek as apiganos. There have been attempts to link that name with Greek pegos “strong” and thus the Indo-European root PEK “strengthen,” but the semantic connection is unclear. Related plant names are French péganium, Hebrew pegam, Aramaic pegana, and Arabic al-fayjan.”

“Rue was once believed to improve the eyesight and creativity, and no less personages than Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci regularly ate the small, trefoil leaves to increase their own. The legend of rue lives on in playing cards, where the symbol for the suit of clubs is said to be modeled on a leaf of rue.”

Rue is the national flower of Lithuania and once the seeds were said to be carried by Lithuanians when migrating. It has been used by catholic priests to sprinkle holy water and is biblically known as the “herb of grace.” They are famous for taking useful items and turning them into symbols. A sip of grape juice at communion is a far cry from biblical grape purges to purify the body lasting sometimes weeks at a time.

Horehound tea has always worked for me. Viruses seem to go away when I drink it, although I am sure our modern day shamans would attribute this to the placebo effect. Horehound tea is the nastiest stuff you will ever put in your mouth. It is best to have some honey and lemon to add. Just the thought of the stuff is enough to kill a virus for me.

Years ago when people still had their mental faculties, horehound was used to make rock candy. So you could just pop in a piece when illness struck. I believe the Chinese still make it. My horehound plants died last year from the heat. I am trying now to get some new ones going. I always of course steep tea in a silver pitcher and sometimes boil it with a silver spoon in copper.

Garlic has been used by many animal breeders to control worms but also again, probably the placebo effect! None of this carries FDA approval. Health food stores sell garlic capsules because they taste good.

It is stimulating to follow the great game and discuss the ends and outs. I enjoy it also but it never hurts to be practical. When the great game arrives at your doorstep, super e-coli, it is good to have some old ideas to at least give them try. I am not sure how much longer I am going to be blogging and feel I might be better off working in the garden.

I am not trying to be an internet sensation, just feel there are a lot of Americans that are more brain washed than I am. I could be wrong. It is heartening that 400 to 600 people show up to read these rants. I never expected it and that being the case I am going to press on for awhile. Not sure if it accomplishes anything other than more planes flying over the house. The trolls coming here lately which I don’t post are quite fascinating.

Many seem to revolve around project gulf impact which seems to be made up of a lot of film makers. They seem to think I am in need of Viagra and porno films. I do feel over the years I may have picked up some perspectives that may be of benefit to some and that is why I do this.

Of course it is against the law now days to say anything is good for anything without the approval of the world health organization. So I will not make any claims here other than some herbs have worked for me, (maybe my imagination). I am not responsible for anyone who should suffer death or impairment using the vinegar formula. I am not a doctor but I do have some common sense left. ( I think anyway?)

Helge Karch, the director of the Robert Koch Institute (Germany’s CDC). who heads a consulting laboratory at the Münster University Hospital in Germany says the new E-coli contains DNA portions of the the Black Death Plague DNA! That is the same one Nostradamus and the people of his day faced.

A legal challenge will be coming to the EU after the ban of herbal medicines. EU Legal Challenge

Don’t miss this part

“A bright note, however: there is no way in which any organism can become resistant to nano silver. None. Faced with the presence of a plague, a weaponized super plague, an ordinary infection or a genocidal assault through organisms of death, I want nano silver on hand, lots of it. Nano-silver is a nutrient that supports normal immune system function.”

If you don’t have an old silver spoon around to simmer in water I would suggest looking for one now as silver is projected to go to possibly $400 an ounce before long. That is what George Ure thinks.

This is becoming very serious. There have now been cases in Tennessee and Virgina. (Correction per A13, different strand in the U.S.) I have one question however, if it was a super bug, would you be notified? More from

“Haemorrhaging symptoms begin 4 – 5 days after onset, which includes hemorrhagic conjunctivitis, pharyngitis, bleeding gums, oral/lip ulceration, hematemesis, melena, hematuria, epistaxis, and vaginal bleeding,” reports the Pathogen Safety Data Sheet from the Public Health Agency of Canada. (8) That same publication also explains, “There are no known antiviral treatments available for human infections.”

Read that again: There are NO KNOWN TREATMENTS for human infections. Monsatano invests in tekmire vaccine company. Yeah they will fix it. More will die from the vaccinations than from the virus.

For anyone interested, comments were disengaged on this one and reposted.

Joogle er …. wordpress …. does not like the contents

This can be very tiresome at times, but then there is this. The post probably will not mean much to most but is important to me. I am amazed that 007 went to the trouble of disconnecting comments. There must be something here. 🙂

  3. nooralhaqiqa says:

    Timely. Thanks once again, Mick.

  4. Dublinsmick says:

I grew some rue plants several years ago, but they all died. It is a tricky plant to grow, they can look great and them boom they die. I think too much water here in Florida was part of the problem.

  5. Dublinsmick says:

Only a matter of time now.

Just received this message from Alerts U.S.A.

Mexico Ministry of Health reports first confirmed case of Ebola. Location Mexico City… Patient is 1 of 22 students who traveled to Africa for vacation.

Update: Man dies in Jeddah hospital from ebola.

  6. Tintin says:

    Black Seed

It is said Mohammed also gave kalonji or black seed quite an endorsement:

‘Black Seed Considered a Universal Remedy The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him) said in his divine wisdom about the Black seed “Use this Black seed, it has a cure for every disease except death”. (Sahih Bukhari)’

    at and elsewhere.

It’s used in Middle Eastern/Indian cooking and also is available as a pressed oil for medicinal use.

  7. Tintin says:

    Thieves Oil

There’s an essential oil version used for aromatherapy commercially available as “Young Living’s Thieves® Oil Blend” and here’s a link how to mix your own:

Essential oils are a distilled and highly concentrated essence. You can sniff them or diffuse them into room air. You can also apply to skin (with caution). The above link has the caveat:

“If you make your own homemade recipe, please use only Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, from a trustworthy source!

Using essential oils from a trustworthy source is so important for your family’s health and well being. Your skin is like a sponge and what you put on your skin will quickly enter into your bloodstream.

Please note that 98% of the oils on the market are perfume grade and not Therapeutic Grade. They may contain dangerous toxins.

Organic does not mean therapeutic grade. It can be organic and still be diluted…and many are. I personally found that disappointing fact out.”

Youngs is a very high quality line.

    • Tintin says:

Sorry Mick, I just read your article more closely: Actually the recipe linked above has neither horehound nor rue, I didn’t mean to derail your posting. Supposedly Young studied 17 different recipes but I believe the exact contents are proprietary.

(Everyone, please study up on essential oils and their application before using!)
